You’re new to running, or getting back into it, and want good habits from day one.
- 01How you hold yourself
- 02Where your foot lands
- 03One simple habit to build
From a stride story“A solid base to build on”
Film ten seconds of your run on your phone. We’ll show you where your foot lands and how your knee takes each step, plus the one change worth making first.
We’re letting in 50 runners first. Your analysis is free, and in return we’d love your honest take on it. Got an invite link? It’ll let you straight in.
A short story you tap through, like this one. What’s working, the one thing to change, and a drill for it.
A sample stride story. Tap through it.
Form changes slowly, so Glido works in four-week loops. You change one thing at a time, and every loop starts from your last video.
Prop your phone at hip height, side-on, and run past a few times. Ten seconds is plenty, on a treadmill or outside.
Within 24 hours: what’s working, the one thing to change, and the numbers behind it.
A single drill and how often to do it. We’ll check in after two weeks to see how it’s going.
Same spot, same side. We’ll show you your before and after, then pick the next thing.
Where your foot lands, your knee bend and your lean, each against the healthy range.
The moment you land, as your weight comes over your foot, and as you push off.
So you can see if it’s how you always run, or just a few odd steps.
A drill and how often to do it. Not a list of ten fixes.
Tell us your goal when you sign up. It changes what we look at, and what we’ll tell you to leave alone.

You keep picking up niggles, or you’re coming back from one.
From a stride story“Quick steps make softer landings”
You’re building up to a half or a marathon, and want every mile to cost you less.
From a stride story“Little wasted bounce”
You’re chasing a time, and want to know what’s costing you speed.
From a stride story“Leave your cadence alone”
No. Glido gives feedback on running form. If something hurts, see a physio before changing how you run.

On our hand-checked test clip it found every landing to within a thirtieth of a second. Phone video has limits, so we tell you when a reading isn’t reliable instead of guessing.
Yes. Tell us the speed when you upload, because where your foot lands changes with how fast you’re going.
Not yet. Pronation needs a clip from behind, and today we look at you side-on. It’s on our list.
No. Everything works in your browser, and you sign in with your email, no password.
Nothing for the first 50 runners. We’ll ask what you’d pay once you’ve seen your results.
A free analysis of your stride, in return for your honest take on it.

Speed changes what a good stride looks like, so this helps us read yours properly.
The alpha is invite-only for now, so we can check every analysis properly. If someone gave you an invite code, pop it in and you can upload straight away.
No code? No problem. We’ve been told you’re here, and we’ll email you as soon as you’re in, usually the same day.

That really helps. Film again in 4 weeks and we'll show you what's changed.
